Vous pouvez retourner ou échanger n’importe quel article acheté en ligne dans un délai de 30 jours depuis le moment de l’achat en nous envoyant par courriel à info@e9audio.com :

• Reçu original
• Mode de paiement original
• Une pièce d’identité avec photo valide
• Une photo montrant clairement que le produit n’a pas été endommagé

Une fois votre requête approuvée, nous vous aviserons des démarches à suivre pour effectuer un retour. Vous serez responsable de tout frais d’expédition encourus.

Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to return or exchange any item bought online within 30 days by sending us an email at info@e9audio.com including:

• Original receipt
• Payment method
• A valid photo ID
• A picture of the product clearly showing that it was not damaged

Once your request is approved, we will advise you on the proper steps to return your product. If shipping is required, the cost will be incurred by the customer.
